Founder

Heidemarie Kriz is an architect and retail designer with over 25 years of experience in creating impactful brand environments at the point of sale. She has worked with leading international brands including Levi’s, Nike, and Apple delivering integrated store concepts where space, atmosphere, design, and brand strategy work as one.

Together with her team, she creates tailor-made solutions for physical retail spaces from spatial planning and furniture design to color concepts and emotional brand storytelling. Her work is defined by a sharp intuition for materials, trends, and customer behavior, combined with a strong strategic mindset.

With an interdisciplinary background in architecture, design, and art, Heidemarie Kriz designs spaces that resonate- commercially effective and emotionally engaging.

Based in Vienna (AT), KRIZH® develops innovative retail concepts for new store rollouts, flagship projects, and targeted refreshes, always with a clear focus on customer engagement and measurable business performance.

 

Hybrid Retail Consulting: Point of Sale Doctor®

She is also the founder of Point of Sale Doctor®, a hybrid retail consulting tool (online and on-site) designed to unlock the full potential of existing retail spaces. The objective is clear: increase foot traffic, improve in-store quality, and drive sales-even with limited budgets.
